After 12+ years of dedicated service in the US Navy, Kathryn Frese successfully navigated her own transition to civilian life. Her unique background combines military operational expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and genuine understanding of the challenges facing both transitioning service members and government organizations.
As a Naval Supply Corps Officer, Kate witnessed firsthand the complexities service members face when leaving military life. This experience inspired her to create Blue Violet Services - a platform designed to transform the transition process from overwhelming to organized, providing personalized support and strategic guidance.
