Blue Violet Services LLC provides transition support services designed specifically for US Navy Sailors transitioning to civilian life, including:

Fleet and Family Services course resources
Administrative support and guidance
Transition planning tools and resources
Community connection and peer support
Resource library and educational materials

All services are provided to support your successful transition to civilian employment and life.

3. USER ACCOUNT & REGISTRATION

Account Creation:

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Account Eligibility:

Transition HQ is designed for US Navy Sailors transitioning to civilian life
You certify that you meet the eligibility requirements to use our services
We reserve the right to verify military service status if necessary

Account Termination:

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content on the Blue Violet Services website and Transition HQ platform, including text, graphics, images, videos, course materials, and logos, is the property of Blue Violet Services LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Limited License:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use our platform for your personal transition support
You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, or display any content without our prior written permission
You may not modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our content

User-Generated Content:

You retain ownership of any content you post (comments, forum posts, etc.)
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

You agree not to:

Blue Violet Services provides access to Fleet and Family Services courses and resources as a convenience to transitioning sailors.

Fleet and Family Services is an official US Navy program
Course content and availability are subject to change by the Navy
We are not responsible for changes to official Navy programs or resources
You should verify all information with official Navy sources

7. COMMUNITY FORUMS & PEER SUPPORT

Community Guidelines:

Be respectful and supportive of fellow transitioning sailors
Share experiences and resources that may help others
Do not share sensitive personal information (SSN, military ID numbers, etc.)
Do not post content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy

Peer Support Disclaimer:

Community forums provide peer-to-peer support, not professional advice
Information shared by other users is not endorsed by Blue Violet Services
For professional support, consult with official military transition resources or qualified professionals

Moderation:

We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these terms
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Blue Violet Services is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our services or platform content.
